Kat's Avo and Cucumber Shake

 1/3 cucumber (peeled, seeded and chopped)

1/2 ripe avo
A little spring onion
A squeeze of lemon or lime juice
2 Tbs cream cheese
1 Tbs yoghurt (not low fat)
Add a little garlic powder to taste
Add Salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp olive oil or omega oil

Whey (make sure its unflavored - 80% natural concentrate is perfect)

Throw all into a blender and add a little cream if necessary
