Lara's LCHF Breakfast Pancakes


·         2 whole eggs

·         2T full cream, cream cheese

·         For savoury pancake option add a sprinkle of Herbamare and freshly chopped chives

·         For a sweet pancake option add stevia and 1/8 tsp cinnamon


Blend together egg and cream cheese until the mixture is smooth.

Add sweet or savoury flavour and blend

To make pancakes – pour mixture into ¼ cup and pour into frying pan, flip when the one side starts to turn golden.
