Low-carb lunches are a lot easier to cater for than breakfasts.
Most people eat a low-carb lunch without even realising it; obviously the go-to lunch is the sandwich, which is out the window. But fret not! Another world of possibilities is now open to you. Instead of bread, things like lettuce and even cheese can be used to wrap up your favourite fillings, because we don’t eat sandwiches for the bread. We eat them for the stuff inside.
A good base idea for all lunches is some kind of protein like chicken breast paired together with some cheese or nuts. Better yet, try experimenting with nut, meat and cheese salads topped with some olive oil.
