What if eating meat and cheese as part of your daily diet really is as harmful as smoking?

Since the Decarb Diet is a LCHF (low-carb, high fat) diet which relies on an increase of animal fat and is NOT A HIGH PROTEIN diet, I decided to post a short response to the findings. My aim is to reassure people who use a low-carb diet that this study has no relevance to their way of eating and that they have nothing to fear from the scare tactics.

The biggest flaw is in The Study is that it is based on bad data.
